Who this policy covers

Aspirant is an independent learning platform operated by DevZona Labs. This policy applies to the Aspirant website, Android app, iOS app and related account services.

Aspirant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), any provincial public service commission, or any government institution. Always confirm examinations, eligibility, advertisements, dates and rules from the relevant official authority.

What we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Authentication information, including a securely hashed password and temporary verification-code records used to protect your account.
• Learning information you choose to save, including notes, vocabulary progress and related study activity.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as request logs and app version details.

How we use information

• Create and secure your account, verify your email address and restore access when you reset a password.
• Synchronize notes and learning progress when you choose to sign in.
• Send essential service emails, including verification and password-reset codes.
• Protect the platform from misuse, investigate faults and improve reliability.
• Display administrator messages or important app-update notices when they are enabled.

When data is shared or kept

We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery and security. They process information only to provide those services for Aspirant.

We keep account and learning data while your account remains active, unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute, prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation. Temporary verification codes expire automatically.

Access, correction and deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Aspirant account. To make a request, email hamza@devzona.com from the email address connected to your account and include enough detail for us to verify the request.

We may need to retain limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or to complete an unresolved transaction.

How we protect and update this policy

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including hashed passwords, authenticated requests and time-limited verification codes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or email where appropriate.
